Has it really been that long……………………

Since I blogged of my activities?

Apparently so…but so much has happened,so I’ll try and fill in some of the blanks:

Back in July I mentioned that I’d embarked on Japanese language lessons at our local U3A.

At that stage,my friend Gail R in Melbourne and myself were planning a trip to Japan about February/March,2009.

Somewhere not long after that, our tentative plans changed somewhat.

We are now departing Australia for Japan,October 13………………..YES! 20 days time!

(So you can imagine how little Japanese I have learned, but Kuni-san has been a wealth of information regardless)

Hopefully, included below is “some” of the info and text books I am using at the moment

  1. My goodness you have been a a very creative person as of late. You exhaust me and put me to shame. You must be having great fun. Enjoy your trip to Japan. I was there 42 years ago and loved it and the people.
