The living years

I just befriended by a lady on an online group I belong to, and the first thing I noticed was that she had a playlist for Mike and the mechanics.
I clicked onto a song that has deep meaning for me……. Then I noticed the date!
It will be twenty five years tomorrow since my Greg was killed in an industrial accident.
Another song that always makes me remember him is Bright Eyes
From a little bub to his death at nearly 26 he was known for his bright eyes.
Sleep well my lovely boy My bright eyes………you will never be forgotten

  1. 26 is far too young, Maureen. So sorry.

  2. Dai
Thank you for visiting my blog , and for leaving comment. Yes! A parent never expects to attend their child’s funeral; and 25 years later, I still grieve. Welcome back to Kathmandu

  3. I can just feel your grief, Maureen. It’s not so warm as it should be, Maureen. It’s the first of March and still feels chilly out there.
