Today’s Quote

Why do we wait until our twilight years before we realise how many precious moments have been wasted

Soul Gatherings

If I had my life to live over again,
I’d try to make more mistakes next time…
I would relax.
I’d be sillier than I have been on this trip.
I would climb more mountains,
swim more rivers
and watch more sunsets.
I would have more actual troubles
and less imaginary ones.
Oh, I’ve had my moments,
and if I had to do it over again,
I’d have more of them.
In fact, I’d try to have nothing else,
just moments, one after another…
I would pick more daisies.

  2. Theresa! You are most welcome. The Internet allows us to have so many contacts…….I am so happy to have access to your comments.

  3. we always want to let our kids know how precious life is from this perspective. but did we listen then.. guess we have to remember back to our “light” years, or are those where we are at now.. hugs, Happy New Year, vivian
